I don’t know if you all have noticed this, but the main cast don’t keep very many secrets from each other. In fact, many of my storylines start on the assumption that everybody has talked about previous storylines off-screen. This has been narrowed down a bit in the course of the comic (Baba, for instance, is seen to talk to everybody, so she’s usually caught up on events, while the Theater Bats may need some catching up) but basically people talk about their problems and solve them together.
Meanwhile, secondary characters are always keeping secrets. For plot reasons.
