Well, Nimmo’s sarcasm can’t get in the way of this cool science fact, imaginary readers, about tadpoles that are too small to break the surface of the water, and so have to breathe air by sucking a bit into a bubble incredibly quickly. Also, tadpoles breathe air, apparently! It was news to me.
