Yont often shows up to critique people’s kisses. You didn’t know that because there aren’t many kisses in my comic, imaginary readers.
If I were to ever do a romance comic (not likely) a wizard would pop up every time a kiss happened and give it a rating. I would make every effort not to explain this.

I’m not sure how well this is communicated in the storyline. This version of Manea, because (spoilers) her husband is alive, does not want Rick falling in love with her.
However, this version of Manea also has a more stereotypical “gods are polygamists” view of sexuality.
