Pale Skin and Blood Lust, Part 3: Finally, a vampire! Why’s he look like a Mario villain?

This always happens to me. I’m not sure I’m capable of making something ugly. What a strange side effect of having no talent.
Anyway, the storyline’s moving right along, so that’s good. These are classic vampires, by the way, and not the currently popular “hot but for some reason having no weakness” vampires. Sort of a big difference.
Story time! Legends of vampires and werewolves were probably based on people with rabies. It explains the red eyes, animal behavior, biting, hatred of light/garlic (improved senses) and increased sexual desire. The holy stuff was probably added later by Christians who took these people to be possessed.
Now you know, imaginary readers.
